Memberships

Can I put my membership on hold?

We apologize, but we do not offer a subscription freeze service! So please do not embarrass us by requesting to freeze the subscription.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription under the following conditions:

  1. The subscription must be canceled in the same month it was paid for.
  2. The number of sessions played during the month will be deducted.
Can i Transfer My membership to another student?

We apologize, but we do not offer a subscription transfer service! So please do not embarrass us by requesting a subscription transfer.

What are the different membership options?

We have three types of subscriptions and registration at the academy.

  1. The first type is the monthly subscription, which is paid at the beginning of the subscription period, and through it, you can play 12 consecutive training sessions.
  2. The second type is a half subscription, through which you can play 6 consecutive training sessions.
  3. The third type is a single session, where you pay only for one session to be played immediately.
    Can I try before I buy or get a day pass?

    The only way to try one of our class types is to purchase a one-time entry ticket.

    Is there time during the day for ladies?

    Unfortunately, there are no specific times designated for ladies only, but there are training sessions for ladies such as aerobics and Zumba. However, it should be noted that for veiled women, the training hall is open to all other sections of the academy.

    Can I choose the days that suit me?

    Yes, you can choose the days that suit your weekly schedule, but within the pre-set programs. The available days are as follows: Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, or alternatively, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

    If I couldn’t attend the session, can I make it up

    We apologize, but we do not offer a make-up session service for missed classes! Therefore, please refrain from embarrassing us by requesting compensation.

    What should I bring to the session?

    You must bring your own towel and water bottle.
